To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 21 September 2016.

To receive an update on current and forthcoming issues within the portfolios of the Cabinet Member for Adults & Public Health and Cabinet Member for Public Protection. The briefings also include responses to any written questions raised by Members in advance of the Committee meeting.

I) TASK GROUPS

To receive a verbal update on any significant activity undertaken since the Committee’s last meeting.

II) WESTMINSTER HEALTHWATCH

To receive an update on the delivery of current priorities, and on the future Work Programme.

To consider a progress report on the redevelopment plans for St Mary’s Hospital.

To consider progress in the development of Westminster’s joint Health & Wellbeing Strategy.

The Committee needs to assure itself annually that the Adult’s Safeguarding Review report is robust – and to also consider safer recruitment.

To consider the Committee’s Work Programme for the 2016-17 municipal year, and to note progress in the Committee’s Action Tracker.

To provide Committee Members with the opportunity to comment on items that may have been previously circulated for information.

To consider any other business which the Chairman considers urgent.
