Issue - decisions

1.            That in accordance with Paragraph 3 of schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 this report be exempt from publication in that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding the information).

2.            That the Cabinet Member for Housing approved the award to the preferred bidder to deliver the Housing Options Services Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 services and for the Council to complete the contract award and implementation process to enable the commencement of the new contracts on 1 October 2017.

Reasons for Decision 

Cabinet Member approval is required for the award of these strategically important and statutory frontline housing service contracts.
