The list was last reviewed, agreed and
published in 2014 and a further review is now due. The report
therefore sets out the findings of a review the council’s
current local list of validation requirements and suggests some
limited revisions should be made in response to new and amended
regulations, policies and guidance.
The Cabinet Member is requested to agree the revised draft local
lists of information requirements for the validation of planning
and related applications set out in Appendix 1 to this report for
consultation purposes.
