installation, operation of 450 new lamp column electric vehicle
charge points (providing a charge of 5.5kW) for residents in
Westminster. This is to be a concession contract for a period of 3
years, with the option to extend for 2 years.

Reasons for Decision
The decision was taken to proceed with a direct award of a call-off concession contract under the Go-ultra Low City Scheme (GULCS)/TfL EV Charging Infrastructure Framework Agreement.
