Minutes: The Chairman advised that normally these meetings were held in public which meant they were streamed live so that anyone can listen to the proceedings. However, the Police had made a request that the meeting should be held in private because there was an on-going criminal investigation and the criminal investigation could be compromised if the hearing was conducted in public.
