1.That this report be exempt from publication under
paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as it
contains information relating to the financial or business affairs
of a particular person (including the
authority holding that information)
2.That the Cabinet Member for Finance,
Property and Regeneration approved the granting of new leases to
the organisation as detailed in the report for a term in line with
the terms and length of the services contract awarded to the
organisation already and to be co-terminous with the service contract in
existence.
Reasons for Decision
The fundamental reason for granting leases is to
ensure and secure immediate continuity of essential services to
vulnerable residents currently living within Carlton Dene and
Westmead or in need of the services at
these homes.
